Ted Brunning’s Visual Artwork consists of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture. He thinks of his works as being made through a process, meaning that he designs processes or procedures through which he manufactures different styles of work which form different areas of his practice.
He sees Sound Art as an interdisciplinary from of art making that involves the visual and the auditory, and that therefore involves the creation of Visual Art as an important part of it.
Ted is interested in ‘Production’ and the meaning of production as a part of the creative process and the similarities and contrasts between Music Production and Visual Art Production. He is interested in sound and the role it can have in Visual Art, and explores different ways that this is possible.
